    Prices do not include a 20% service charge. Discounts and promotions may not be combined. Services are subject to availability, and advanced booking is recommended. A 20-minute check-in prior to your first service is highly suggested. Changes or cancellations require 24-hour notice during business hours, or a 100% fee will be applied to any missed or late cancellations. Same-day bookings are final and cannot be canceled. To maintain the spa’s ambiance and respect all guests’ privacy, we ask that all cell phones be turned off and stored in a locker. Spa facilities and massages are for guests 18 and older, while facial services are available to guests 16 and older with valid identification. Exclusive access to spa amenities is included with any 50- or 80-minute massage, facial, or body treatment. Our spa coordinators are happy to assist with any questions or special requests to ensure your experience is exceptional.
